1、关注 AI 行业动态、产品趋势、热点事件，参与 AI 内容的选题挖掘、议题策划和资料研究。 2、负责小红书、微信公众号等平台的内容策划与撰写，包括标题策划、正文写作、内容包装及发布。 3、参与播客内容策划，包括选题讨论、嘉宾背景调研、访谈提纲撰写、内容结构梳理及亮点提炼。 4、挖掘并联系 AI 行业从业者、创业者、技术专家及内容创作者，推进嘉宾邀约、前期访谈和内容沟通。 5、参与 AI 主题线下活动的策划与落地，包括议题设计、流程安排、场地及物料准备、报名组织和现场执行。 6、跟进活动筹备过程中的各项事务及时间节点，协调嘉宾、场地和内部团队，及时处理现场临时问题，保证活动顺利进行。 7、围绕播客和线下活动完成内容传播，包括嘉宾预热、活动招募、现场内容记录、活动复盘及素材二次创作。 8、建设 AI 选题库、嘉宾库和内容素材库，并结合内容反馈持续优化选题和表达方式。

1、本科或研究生在读，对 AI 行业有浓厚兴趣，会主动关注 AI 产品、公司、行业人物及内容创作者。 2、具备较好的文字表达能力和内容感知力，能够独立完成基础的新媒体稿件。 有一定的选题和议题策划能力，能够从行业动态、人物经历及用户关注点中提炼有价值的内容角度。 3、具备良好的资料搜集、信息整理和逻辑梳理能力，能够将复杂信息转化为清晰、易读的内容。 4、有较强的主动沟通意愿，愿意联系陌生嘉宾，能够持续跟进并推动事情有结果。 做事细致、靠谱，有时间节点意识，能够同时推进内容创作和活动筹备任务。 5、有团队协作意识，能适应活动前后节奏较快、现场事务较多的工作状态。 6、每周可实习【5】天，能够连续实习【6】个月以上。 加分项 1、有小红书、微信公众号、视频号或抖音等平台的内容运营或创作经验。 2、有播客选题、节目策划、采访提纲撰写或播客运营经验。 3、有线下沙龙、校园活动、论坛或行业活动的策划执行经历。 4、具备基础的摄影、视频拍摄、剪辑或短视频脚本创作能力。 5、熟悉 AI 圈层，拥有相关嘉宾、创作者或社群资源。
