岗位职责 1、针对脉脉用户长短期内容需求，利用社区工具落地运营动作，提升用户和创作者内容发布量，提升社区用户消费深度 2、策划和执行活动，联动站内外资源落地活动，达成既定用户和商业目标 3、利用数据工具对产出进行及时复盘，不断迭代工作效率和自我认知，并在团队内部进行分享

岗位要求 1、统招本科及以上学历，26届校招生，保证6个月及以上实习时间 2、熟悉常见用户研究和数据分析工具使用方法，能独立落地执行 3、具备文案撰写、图片制作基本能力，熟练使用常见办公软件 4、优秀的沟通表达能力，习惯团队配合推进工作，具备良好的口头和书面汇报能力 5、加分：有内容平台或职场垂类运营经验者优先 ；社区类产品重度用户优先；深度使用过脉脉社区的优先
