主要职责： 1、短剧运营：负责短剧内容的日常发布与运营管理，撰写吸引用户的短剧推广文案，包括但不限于剧情简介、角色设定、互动话题等； 2、品类内容运营支持：协助挖掘、筛选、整理泛职场话题相关的优质内容；维护相关话题的内容池，确保内容质量与社区调性； 3、活动协助与执行：协助策划并落地线上泛职场主题活动；负责活动的部分执行工作，如物料准备、宣传文案撰写、数据跟踪等。收集活动反馈，协助进行效果分析。 4、用户互动与社群运营：积极与用户互动（评论、点赞、引导），鼓励用户分享与讨论；协助识别并挖掘社区内有潜力的KOC，维护良好关系；处理用户关于品类的反馈和疑问； 5、市场洞察与竞品分析：协助收集、整理职场人群在泛职场领域的痛点、热点话题和趋势；协助进行竞品在相关领域的运营策略分析。 6、数据分析：协助收集、整理所负责品类的核心运营数据，为运营决策提供初步支持。

1、本科及以上学历，新闻、传媒、广告、中文等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的文案撰写能力，能够准确把握用户喜好与内容调性； 3、对短剧、短视频内容有浓厚兴趣，具备一定的网感与创意能力； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够通过数据反馈优化运营策略； 5、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够适应快节奏工作。
