1、参与新项目的前后端开发与持续迭代，能够独立完成一个功能的设计、实现、联调和交付。 2、将业务需求拆解为清晰的数据结构、接口、状态流转和交互方案，主动发现需求中的遗漏与矛盾。 3、对第三方平台及 AI 服务，处理登录授权、数据同步、文件上传下载、异步任务和异常恢复。 4、熟练运用 AI 编程工具辅助需求分析、代码实现、重构、测试与排障，对最终代码质量负责。 5、编写与风险相匹配的测试，关注关键流程、权限边界、重复请求、并发更新和失败重试。 6、参与部署与问题定位，维护必要的技术文档，让功能可运行、问题可追踪、代码可持续维护。

1、扎实的全栈开发能力：熟悉 JavaScript / TypeScript，能用 React 写前端、Node.js 写服务端；具备数据库设计与使用经验；掌握 Git、HTTP、Linux 及基本部署流程，有独立交付项目经历。 2、丰富的 Vibe Coding 实践：持续使用 Claude Code、Codex、Cursor 等至少一种 AI 编程工具开发真实项目；能拆解任务、给 AI 提供有效上下文、检查生成代码的正确性。 3、清晰的逻辑与分析能力：面对不完整需求能厘清目标、约束和验收标准，能区分现象与原因、权衡收益与成本。 4、主动协作与交付意识：主动推进问题、沟通风险，既能快速搭原型，也愿意把原型打磨成可持续迭代的产品。 加分项 1、Electron 桌面应用开发、跨平台打包与发布经验。 2、LLM 应用、Agent 工作流、结构化输出校验、OCR 或文档解析经验。 3、MongoDB、对象存储、增量同步、日志与断点恢复相关经验。 4、Docker、自动化部署、集成测试或端到端测试经验。 5、有独立产品、开源项目，或使用 AI 编程持续交付的作品。
