1、负责文本应答对话 Agent 的设计、开发与迭代，基于大模型搭建自动回复能力，承接业务问答、消息自动应答场景。 2、开展 Prompt 工程、多轮对话编排、意图识别、RAG 知识库搭建，优化回复准确率，解决答非所问、上下文断裂等问题。 3、搭建内容校验与合规管控机制，保障 AI 输出内容准确、口径统一、风险可控。 4、监控线上运行效果，持续调优 Agent 逻辑，沉淀可复用对话组件；协同业务落地 AI 自动应答方案。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上算法经验，2年以上团队管理经验； 2、熟练掌握 Prompt 调优、RAG、多轮对话管理，了解 Agent 工具调用、流程编排思路。 3、能够定位模型幻觉、匹配异常等问题，独立完成方案优化迭代。 4、具备技术攻坚及线上问题排查能力，擅长跨部门协同推进项目，逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备良好的团队培养与项目管理能力。 5、有企业服务、招聘类场景、金融催贷、保险、教育垂类行业经验优先。
