AI业务落地赋能运营：负责AI工具、智能运营模型在业务全环节的落地测试与迭代优化，依托智能化能力降本提效，赋能整体运营工作。 4. 数据复盘与策略迭代：常态化监控业务数据，定期开展复盘工作，精准定位业务卡点，结合市场变化持续迭代运营策略，沉淀标准化增长方法论。 5. 业务协同优化：联动各业务团队推进运营策略、AI落地、转化优化等工作，打通业务闭环，解决运营痛点，全面提升业务运营效率。

任职要求 1. 具备高度责任心，结果导向强，主动承接业务目标、跟进落地优化，抗压能力佳，做事踏实不推诿。 2. 熟悉渠道增长、用户分层、线索转化全链路运营逻辑，有人力、教育行业增长运营相关经验者优先。 3. 具备良好数据思维，可通过数据分析定位问题、优化策略，有精细化运营、业务提效落地经验者优先。 4. 了解AI工具及智能化运营落地场景，愿意探索AI与业务的融合应用，有相关落地经验者优先。 5. 逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备良好跨部门沟通能力，细节把控到位，可高效推进项目落地与策略迭代。
