1、负责核心后端架构设计、系统研发与技术攻坚，基于Golang、Python搭建高可用、高性能服务，统筹业务项目落地，平衡业务迭代与长期技术规划； 2、协同算法团队推进算法工程化落地，完成模型部署、推理服务封装、数据链路搭建，保障AI能力稳定线上交付； 3、跟进大模型、Agent前沿技术，调研业内主流产品技术方案，结合业务场景持续优化架构设计，迭代升级整体技术体系； 4、负责团队管理工作，统筹任务拆解、进度管控、代码评审，做好团队技术培养，带领小组高效完成项目交付；

1、本科及以上计算机相关专业，5-10年后端研发经验； 2、具备直线团队管理经验，有独立带队完整项目交付经验； 3、熟练掌握Golang、Python开发，精通MySQL、Redis、消息队列等常用中间件，具备扎实的分布式、高并发系统实战能力； 4、熟悉算法工程化落地流程，掌握模型部署、推理服务、数据链路搭建等核心实践，关注大模型、Agent前沿技术，具备AI业务研发经验者优先； 5、具备优秀的架构设计、技术攻坚及线上问题排查能力，擅长跨部门协同推进项目，逻辑清晰、执行力强，具备良好的团队培养与项目管理能力；
