制定垂类运营策略，提升内容供给质量、用户活跃、互动率、留存和垂类影响力。

挖掘职场热点与用户真实需求，策划专题、话题、活动和社区机制，推动优质 UGC / PGC 内容增长。

负责核心用户、职场 KOL、行业达人、资深从业者等供给侧人群的引入、运营和分层维护。

与产品、推荐、增长、商业化、招聘业务团队协作，推动职场内容与求职招聘等业务场景结合。

建立垂类数据看板，持续跟踪内容发布量、消费量、互动率、作者活跃、用户转化等关键指标，并基于数据优化策略。

本科及以上学历，3年以上内容运营、社区运营、用户运营、垂类运营或增长运营经验。

有职场、招聘、知识社区、问答社区、内容平台相关经验者优先。

熟练使用AI工具进行数据分析，流程梳理等工作

具备较强的内容判断力和话题策划能力，能从用户真实问题中提炼可运营的内容方向。

具备跨团队协作能力，能与产品、算法、增长、商业化团队共同推进项目。
