Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Program Management Officer (PMO) da inserire in staff al CEO di una realtà tecnologica in forte crescita operante in un contesto internazionale, specializzata in soluzioni e piattaforme per il video streaming.

La figura ricoprirà un ruolo senior e trasversale, in staff al CEO, con il mandato di tradurre le priorità aziendali in piani di esecuzione chiari, coordinati e monitorabili.

Operando in stretta collaborazione con il CEO, il Top Management e i responsabili delle principali funzioni aziendali, il PMO favorirà l'allineamento tra obiettivi strategici e attività operative, il coordinamento interfunzionale e la gestione delle interdipendenze.

L'obiettivo è assicurare al CEO una visione integrata e affidabile dell'avanzamento delle iniziative, contribuendo alla qualità dei processi decisionali e all'efficacia dell'esecuzione.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Strategic Planning:

  • Supportare il CEO e il Top Management nella definizione delle priorità e nel coordinamento del portafoglio delle iniziative aziendali, seguendone pianificazione, avanzamento e risultati.
  • Mantenere una roadmap integrata tra le funzioni, allineando obiettivi strategici, impegni commerciali, responsabilità e capacità dei team; evidenziare dipendenze, ritardi e scostamenti.
  • Definire un metodo di lavoro e un calendario di governance efficaci e proporzionati, con milestone, responsabili, momenti di revisione ed escalation; assicurare il tracciamento delle decisioni e il follow-up delle azioni.
  • Presidiare la gestione dei rischi, delle criticità e delle dipendenze nell’ambito dei programmi e dei progetti aziendali, promuovendo adeguate azioni di mitigazione e piani di recupero. Assicurare la preparazione dei go-live e favorire il miglioramento continuo dei processi di esecuzione.

Executive Reporting & Decision Support:

  • Predisporre dashboard e reporting executive con KPI, indicatori RAG, milestone, scostamenti, rischi e decisioni aperte, a supporto di CEO, Board e team.
  • Garantire tracciabilità di decisioni, impegni e scadenze; promuovere qualità dei dati e uso coerente di Jira, Confluence o equivalenti, nonché retrospettive e lesson learned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Professional Experience & Education:

  • 6–8 anni di esperienza, almeno 4 in ruoli PMO, Program/Portfolio o Delivery Manager in contesti altamente tecnologici e in forte evoluzione relativi a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, media technology o video streaming, con governance di programmi complessi, coordinamento interfunzionale e interlocuzione con senior management.
  • Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia, Informatica, Management o esperienza equivalente; certificazioni PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP o analoghe sono un plus.
  • Competenze consolidate in prioritizzazione, pianificazione, KPI/OKR, roadmap, dashboard, risk management e reporting; conoscenza di Agile, Scrum, Kanban e approcci ibridi.
  • Padronanza di Jira, Confluence, Asana o equivalenti; familiarità con piattaforme software, cloud, API, software delivery e architetture digitali.

Language Requirements:

  • Inglese scritto e parlato C1 o equivalente, indispensabile; autonomia nella conduzione di riunioni, gestione di stakeholder internazionali e produzione/presentazione di report in un ambiente di lavoro prevalentemente anglofono.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Autorevolezza e influenza senza riporto gerarchico; visione strategica, capacità analitiche e comunicazione executive chiara e sintetica.
  • Orientamento ai risultati, pragmatismo, autonomia e proattività; gestione di priorità concorrenti, rischi, negoziazione e stakeholder con equilibrio e riservatezza.

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato (CCNL Telecomunicazioni); sede Milano e flessibilità oraria.
  • Ruolo in staff al CEO, elevata visibilità strategica, interazione con il Top Management e opportunità di crescita.
  • RAL indicativa € 55.000–65.000, più variabile del 10–15% sugli obiettivi e benefit; pacchetto commisurato a esperienza e competenze.
