LE POSTE

Chaque transaction chez MaintainX commence par une première conversation. Vous bâtirez l'équipe qui les amorce.

- Recruter et intégrer une équipe de RDA qui atteint ses cibles de pipeline : vous fixez les critères d'embauche, dirigez l'intégration de 90 jours et exigez des résultats de chaque représentant.

- Instaurer une cadence hebdomadaire d'encadrement afin de rendre le pipeline prévisible, en cernant la cause d'un écart avant qu'il ne devienne un trimestre raté.

- Rédiger, puis réécrire sans cesse, le guide de prospection (PCI, messages, séquences, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo) afin de rendre la prospection sortante reproductible.

- Bâtir pour chaque représentant un plan de développement menant à un poste de responsable de comptes (AE) ou de chef d'équipe, et veiller à ce que ces promotions se concrétisent.

- Arrimer avec le marketing et les ventes l'évolution du PCI, l'activation des campagnes et les transferts de pipeline, et tenir l'alignement à des résultats.

Vous relevez de la direction, développement des affaires. Après 12 mois, votre équipe est intégrée et performante, et le pipeline est prévisible.

VOTRE PROFIL

Requis

- 1 à 3 ans à diriger une équipe de RDA dans une entreprise SaaS ou technologique, avec une atteinte documentée des cibles d'équipe.

- Un processus d'embauche de RDA reproductible : vous reconnaissez une recrue de premier plan dès la présélection.

- La preuve que votre encadrement change les résultats d'un représentant, et ne se limite pas à les rapporter.

- Aisance avec les données : vous produisez vos rapports et encadrez à partir des indicateurs avancés.

- Un historique de responsabilisation du marketing et des opérations des ventes à des résultats de pipeline, non à des intentions.

- Vous avez déjà rédigé un guide de prospection et bâtissez avec aisance là où il existe peu de structure.

Atouts

- Expérience de vente auprès d'acheteurs des secteurs industriel, manufacturier ou des opérations.

- Connaissance de la catégorie des logiciels de GMAO ou d'EAM.
