Marketing & Business Development Intern

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our marketing, business development, e-commerce and client relationship activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to the luxury interiors industry and Singapore's high-end residential market.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Marketing & Communications: Assist with marketing materials, Trello, Shopify and showroom events.
  •  Business Development: Research Singapore's luxury property market, track Good Class Bungalow sales and listings, and liaise with real estate agents to identify potential business opportunities.
  •  E-commerce: Manage and update stock product listings, pricing, images and inventory on Shopify.
  •  CRM Management: Maintain client databases, update leads, track sales opportunities.
  •  Sales & Showroom Support: Assist with presentations, showroom activities, client appointments and market research.
  •  Administration: Maintain paperwork, reports, spreadsheets and trackers for marketing, sales and business development activities.

Requirements

  •  Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design or a related field.
  •  Strong communication, organizational and research skills.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  •  Interest in luxury brands, interior design, architecture and real estate.
  •  Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools and digital marketing is an advantage.
  •  Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with figures and financial/ administrative data.
  •  A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
