Le tue missioni in negozio :

Offrire ai clienti un'esperienza di acquisto unica:

  • Accogliere calorosamente, accompagnare e fidelizzare i nostri clienti, offrendo un servizio personalizzato;
  • Sviluppare le vendite proponendo le soluzioni più adatte tra prodotti e servizi Maisons du Monde (Rhinov, Marketplace e altri servizi esclusivi);
  • Monitorare e preparare gli ordini Click & Collect, garantendo rapidità ed efficienza;
  • Assicurare operazioni di cassa nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali.

Dare vita alle collezioni e valorizzare il punto vendita:

  • Partecipare attivamente alla ricezione della merce, al riassortimento e alla presentazione dei prodotti;
  • Curare l’allestimento degli spazi secondo gli standard visual Maisons du Monde, per ispirare i nostri clienti.

Contribuire al successo del punto vendita:

  • Conoscere gli indicatori commerciali del negozio e applicare, insieme ai tuoi manager e al team, i piani d'azione per raggiungere gli obiettivi;
  • Partecipare attivamente al successo collettivo attraverso spirito di squadra e orientamento al risultato.

Diffondere e condividere i valori Maisons du Monde:

  • Essere ambasciatore/trice e rappresentare il marchio: conoscere i valori, i progetti dell'azienda e condividerli con il cliente, ecc...

Profilo :

  • Sei appassionato/a di decorazione e arredamento e hai una predisposizione particolare per la vendita;
  • Dinamico/a e versatile, ti piace metterti in gioco in attività diverse, dalla vendita al visual merchandising, dal magazzino fino alla gestione della cassa;
