🎯 Ta mission En tant que responsable adjoint(e), tu es le bras droit du Directeur de Magasin et contribues activement à la réussite de ton point de vente. * Animation commerciale : Encadrer et motiver les équipes pour atteindre les objectifs, développer les compétences et animer des challenges motivants. * Vente & commercial : Développer le CA en magasin (B2B & B2C), accompagner les clients et gérer les litiges. * Merchandising : Mettre en place un merchandising efficace, adapté aux performances et aux tendances. * Co-pilotage du magasin : Participer à la gestion opérationnelle avec le Directeur (back-office, caisse, ouverture/fermeture, gestion d’équipe).

💼 Ton profil * Manager de proximité, tu sais inspirer et fédérer une équipe. * Expérience réussie en retail (décoration, ameublement ou prêt-à-porter apprécié). * Orienté(e) résultats, dynamique et passionné(e) par le commerce. * Enthousiaste et créatif(ve), avec une priorité : la satisfaction client. * En accord avec nos valeurs : optimisme , créativité , engagement et proximité 🤝 .
