🏡 Rejoins Maisons du Monde en tant que Chargé de recrutement Stagiaire (F/H) et contribue à attirer les talents de demain. Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Développement RH, vous participez activement à l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour nos fonctions Siège et nos équipes Retail.

🎯 Vos missions principales :

  • Sourcing et diffusion : rédaction et mise en ligne des annonces sur nos différents canaux, identification de profils cibles via les jobboards et réseaux professionnels.
  • Sélection et préqualification : tri des candidatures, réalisation des entretiens de préqualification téléphonique afin d'évaluer l'adéquation des profils avec nos besoins.
  • Entretiens de recrutement : réalisation d'entretiens physiques ou visio.
  • Suivi des candidats : gestion des réponses négatives, suivi des viviers de candidatures et participation à l’onboarding des nouveaux arrivants.
  • Projets RH transverses : participation ponctuelle aux salons, forums écoles ou projets d'amélioration des processus internes.

💼Ton profil :

  • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et d’une bonne aisance orale, tu sais créer du lien et communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), tu sais gérer tes priorités tout en faisant preuve de souplesse et d’adaptabilité au quotidien.
