Notre magasin recrute un/e Vendeur/se Meuble.

Au sein de nos magasins, l’ensemble de l’équipe accompagne nos clients pour leur faire partager chaque jour le plaisir de découvrir nos collections Meuble & Déco !

Ainsi, le/la Vendeur/se Meuble est un poste stratégique. Il/elle est l’ambassadeur/trice de notre offre meuble car il participe au développement des ventes et conseille/valorise nos services auprès de nos clients.

Vos missions en magasin :

  • Accompagnement et fidélisation de la clientèle magasin
  • Conseils techniques sur l’offre Meuble auprès des clients
  • Développement du chiffre d’affaires et des ventes de la collection Meuble et déco
  • Présentation de l’offre et des services Maisons du Monde (Rhinov, livraison, solutions de financement)
  • Suivi de ses dossiers clients (devis, service clients)
  • Réalisation des objectifs et suivi des indicateurs de performance individuels et collectifs
  • Participation à la tenue de l’espace meuble du magasin

Votre profil

  • Vous aimez l’univers de décoration et de l’ameublement
  • Vous avez déjà eu une première expérience en vente dans le retail ou la distribution spécialisée
  • Votre priorité : le client ! et vous prenez du plaisir à accompagner chaque client dans ses achats
  • Vous aimez être challengé(e) et évoluer dans une dynamique de changement
  • Vous êtes motivé(e), dynamique, avenant(e)
  • Vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs clients et l’opérationnel en simultané
  • Le travail en équipe est important pour vous
  • Vous êtes engagé(e) sur les sujets environnementaux et la RSE
