1.2027届本科及以上学历应届学生，机械工程、电子工程、计算机科学、自动化等相关专业，可提前实习优先； 2.有机器人、自动化、机械工程或相关领域的技术支持工作经验者优先； 3.有一定的电路和机械结构知识，熟悉机器人硬件、软件和控制系统，能够进行故障排查和修复，对机器人进行硬件维修和升级； 4.有机器人控制系统（如 ROS）相关知识的优先，对机械臂相关知识有一定了解； 5.对 Python、C++ 等语言有一定了解，能够进行简单的代码测试； 6.具备良好的客户服务意识、沟通能力和解决问题的能力，能够有效地与客户和团队成员交流； 7.能够适应一定的出差，特别是需要现场支持时。
