岗位定位 负责产品NPI阶段的可服务性设计（DFS），从服务BOM设计、备件策略到维修/翻新成本优化，系统性管控售后维修全链条成本。

岗位职责 1. 服务BOM设计与管理：负责服务BOM的设计、维护与优化，基于维修成本、客户体验和备件可获得性持续优化BOM配置； 2. 备件策略制定：协同供应链制定备件策略（备件等级、铺货量及补货节奏），平衡维修质量、效率与成本； 3. 数据驱动的持续优化：建立BOM管理规范，通过维修数据分析识别高频故障件及异常消耗，反哺BOM与备件策略迭代； 4. NPI阶段可服务性介入：参与新机型NPI评审，从可维修维度识别硬件设计、物料选型中的潜在风险，从源头降低售后成本； 5. 维修/翻新策略制定：熟悉维修与翻新成本构成（人工、物料、改制、报废等），监控成本结构变化，识别降本空间，输出并推动维修/翻新策略优化落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、机械电子、工业工程、自动化等相关专业； 2. 5年以上消费电子/智能硬件/汽车相关行业经验，并具备以下条件之一： ◦ 有研发BOM管理经验，并了解售后BOM或备件管理； ◦ 有售后BOM、备件计划、服务物料管理等相关经验； ◦ 有ERP/PLM系统中BOM模块的操作经验； 3. 具备数据分析和成本意识，能基于数据进行策略分析与优化； 4. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力和执行力。

优先条件（非硬性要求） • 有正逆向BOM设计或备件策略制定经验； • 有无人机、手机、汽车等智能硬件行业经验； • 熟悉产品维修流程或售后服务体系。
