1. BPO团队抽检 制定并执行外包团队的日常服务抽检计划，覆盖邮件、在线、语音全渠道，包含随机抽检与专项抽检，确保样本代表性与覆盖面。 2. 质检标准与校准 参与质检标准（评分卡）的制定与迭代；定期组织与BPO团队的质检校准会议，统一双方评分标准，确保结果公平性与一致性。 3. 专项拨测 针对新上线流程或特定业务场景设计并执行拨测任务，验收客服的实际应对能力与业务流程执行效果。 4. AI质检工具应用 利用AI质检系统配置自动化监控规则（如敏感词预警、服务态度识别、沉默时长监控等），拓宽质检覆盖范围；参与质检模型优化与敏感词库迭代。 5. 问题闭环与改善推动 对质检发现的服务问题进行归类分析，联动培训团队或BPO管理方制定改善措施，持续追踪改进效果直至闭环。 6. 质量报告输出 定期输出质检周报/月报，通过数据图表可视化展示BPO团队的质量趋势、共性问题与TOP机会点，为管理决策提供依据。

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上客服中心质检经验，有智能硬件、消费电子行业经验者优先； 2. 具备优秀的英文读写与理解能力（CET-6或TEM-4及以上），能精准识别技术类、复杂场景英文沟通中的语义偏差； 3. 熟练使用数据分析工具（如Excel、BI工具等），能通过质检数据定位问题根源、量化改善结果，并输出可视化分析报告； 4. 具备较强的沟通与谈判能力，尤其是在与BPO团队进行分数校准和问题复盘时，能够有理有据地推动对方认可并改进； 5. 熟悉主流质检系统或录音分析软件的操作，对AI技术在客服领域的应用（如语音转文字、情绪识别）有一定的认知和敏感度； 6. 有质检标准制定经验或AI质检模型训练经验者优先。
