1. 用户运营体系搭建：负责以邮件为核心、短信等多渠道为辅的用户运营体系从0到1搭建及持续优化。围绕拉新、转化、留存、复购目标，制定用户分层策略与会员生命周期管理机制，系统性提升LTV。 2. EDM策略制定与全流程管理：独立负责海外DTC/独立站的EDM运营全流程，涵盖账号体系搭建、自动化流程设计（欢迎/激活/挽回/交叉销售等）、内容策划与预算分配，通过精细化运营提升转化效率与ROI。 3. 增长实验与数据决策：建立A/B测试框架与数据驱动的增长实验机制，基于OR、CTR、CR、ROI等核心指标持续优化邮件及跨渠道协同策略；深入分析用户行为数据，输出用户洞察并指导运营动作。 4. 内容与创意策略：与设计团队协作制定邮件及短信的内容视觉策略，结合用户分群与场景，提升用户互动率与转化效果；定期复盘营销活动，沉淀可复用的方法论与案例库。 5. 跨部门协同与项目管理：与市场、产品、技术、设计等团队高效协作，推动用户营销项目落地，确保活动按计划高质量上线并达成业务目标。

1. 5年以上用户运营或EDM运营经验，其中至少2年独立负责用户运营体系；拥有独立站、DTC品牌或跨境电商成功案例（需提供可量化的增长数据，如LTV提升、ROI优化等）。 2. 精通Klaviyo或Mailchimp等主流邮件营销平台，能独立完成复杂自动化流程设计与系统配置；熟练使用GA4及数据分析工具（如SQL、Looker、Tableau等），掌握RFM、用户生命周期分层模型。 3. 熟悉欧美市场文化、节假日营销节奏及消费者行为习惯，能据此策划精准营销活动。 4. 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言（大学英语六级、专业八级或雅思7分及以上者优先）。 5. 具备出色的策略思维、数据敏感度和问题解决能力；自驱力强，能独立承担目标责任，对用户增长有持续的热情与创新意识。
