1. 搭建并持续优化以邮件为核心的用户运营体系。围绕拉新、转化、留存目标，制定用户分层策略与会员运营机制，系统性提升用户生命周期价值。 2. 独立负责海外DTC/独立站的EDM全流程运营，涵盖从账号体系、自动化流程设计到内容策划与数据分析，通过精细化运营提升转化效率。 3. 基于核心指标（如OR、CR、ROI），管理用户生命周期，建立A/B测试机制，持续优化邮件及多渠道协同策略。 4. 深入分析邮件与短信营销数据，针对性优化内容、视觉与发送策略，形成可落地执行的优化方案，提升整体营销效能。 5. 与市场、产品、设计等团队紧密协作，高效推动营销项目落地，确保活动高质量上线并达成业务目标。

1. 2年以上EDM运营经验，拥有独立站、DTC品牌或跨境电商的成功案例者优先。 2. 精通Klaviyo或Mailchimp等主流邮件营销平台，能独立完成系统配置与流程设计。熟练使用GA4进行数据分析，掌握RFM等用户分层模型。 3. 熟悉欧美市场文化、节假日与营销节奏，能据此策划精准营销活动。 4. 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言（大学英语六级、专业八级或雅思7分及以上者优先）。 5. 自驱力强，学习能力突出，具备优秀的问题解决能力和团队协作精神，对营销创新有热情。
