1. 用户服务旅程梳理与痛点识别：基于售后服务全生命周期（咨询、安装、维修、退换货、备件、投诉等），梳理用户服务旅程与关键触点，通过用户反馈、服务数据及一线调研，识别影响体验与效率的核心问题，转化为可推动的改善机会。 2. 服务流程设计与优化：针对识别出的用户痛点与业务断点，设计并迭代端到端服务流程，覆盖维修站作业规范、上门服务标准、备件供应保障、退换货验机流程等线下服务场景，推动各区域服务标准的统一与落地。 3. 改善项目主导与推进：围绕服务时效、一次解决率、客户满意度等核心指标，主导改善项目的规划与落地，协同产品、运营、区域团队及外部服务商推进实施，确保改善目标达成。 4. 效果评估与闭环机制建设：建立流程优化效果评估机制，持续追踪关键指标变化并复盘优化成效，沉淀可复用的最佳实践与案例库，形成“问题识别→方案设计→实施落地→效果验证”的持续改善闭环。

1. 本科及以上学历，3-5年售后服务、服务运营、流程优化或相关岗位经验；有消费电子、家电或出海品牌行业背景者优先，熟悉线下服务网络管理（如维修站运营、服务商管理、备件供应等）者优先。 2. 熟悉售后服务业务流程与运营体系，对用户服务旅程有深入理解，能独立完成流程诊断、问题分析与方案设计。 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能通过用户反馈及业务指标发现问题并推动改善；熟悉客户体验管理（CX）或服务设计方法论者优先。 4. 具备良好的英文读写能力，能够支持跨区域项目沟通与协作。 5. 具备系统性思维与跨部门协同能力，能够从业务全局视角推动流程变革；结果导向，问题解决能力强，能适应快速变化的业务环境。
