岗位职责 【技术方向与架构】 1、主导机器人的 全局/局部路径规划、覆盖策略、贴边与避障协同、速度规划与运动控制 架构设计与演进 2、牵头处理 融合定位失效、边界异常、被困恢复、回充失败 等关键场景的策略设计与版本优化 【团队与交付】 3、负责规控算法架构，拆解任务，开发核心代码、攻关难点问题， Code Review 与技术评审 4、与产品、感知、定位、嵌入式、结构部门等紧密协作，推动产品需求、方案落地 5、参与版本发布 和持续迭代优化 6、建设规控模块的 仿真 / 回放 / 指标看板（coverage、贴边误差、耗时、中断率等）

【必备】 1、自动化、电子、控制、机器人、航空航天等相关专业，硕士及以上（优秀本科可议），5 年以上 移动机器人 / 自动驾驶 / 无人机 等相关经验 2、深入理解 路径规划、轨迹跟踪、运动学/动力学约束、覆盖类任务规划 中至少两块，有 量产或准量产 交付经历 3、具备 模块架构设计 能力，能在 算力、实时性、安全 约束下做权衡 4、有 带人经验 或明确 Tech Lead 经历（3 人以上优先） 5、良好的 C++ 功底，能读中间件/嵌入式协同代码，能与软硬件同事 同频沟通 6、具备对运动机器人建模的能力，并有常见运动传感器的使用经验; 7、熟悉常见的规划控制算法，有DWA、A*、MPC、PID、LQR等算法的开发经验； 【加分项】 1、户外或 非结构化环境（园林、农业、巡检、配送户外段）经验 2、有融合定位失效 下的规控策略经验 3、行为树 / 状态机 / 任务调度框架实战经验 4、有 测试体系、标定体系、问题库 建设经验
