岗位职责： 1. 平台运营与管理：负责欧洲本土主流电商平台的日常运营，以Manomano、Cdiscount为主，兼顾Fnac&Darty、Mediamarkt等平台，包括店铺入驻、产品上架、关键词优化、Listing维护及销售计划制定。 2. 店铺安全与绩效维护：监控店铺绩效指标，确保账号安全，维持高好评率及良好信用度；定期制作销售报表并进行分析，提出改进措施。 3. 库存与销售策略：结合销售、库存及RMA数据进行分析，合理规划备货，动态调整销售策略，优化库存周转率，保障店铺稳定运营。 4. 市场与竞品分析：开展平台市场调研，收集并分析竞品动态及行业趋势，据此制定针对性的销售与营销计划。

1. 本科及以上学历，英语、法语或德语听说流利。 2. 3年以上跨境电商运营经验，其中至少2年Manomano或Cdiscount平台实操经验；有成功打造爆款或年销售额百万欧元以上案例者优先。 3. 具备良好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，能独立输出运营计划及活动方案。 4. 有独立品牌（非白牌）运营经验者优先，业绩导向，目标感强。 5. 责任心强，做事认真细致，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。
