1. 本地服务商网络管理与运营 全面负责欧洲区域本地服务商（ASP）及代理商体系的开发、管理与技术支持。基于总部全球服务网络规划，建立欧洲区域服务商准入标准、运营考核体系及激励机制，驱动本地服务网络达成服务时效（TAT）、一次性修复率（FFR）及用户满意度（NSS）等核心指标，持续提升欧洲市场的服务交付质量。

2. 自有服务站点与备件仓储运营 统筹欧洲区域自有服务站点及区域备件仓库（Hub & Warehouse）的精细化运营。优化备件库存结构，提升备件周转率与逆向物流效率，确保区域备件资产账实一致，在保障服务响应速度的同时实现降本增效。

3. 售后政策与数字化系统本地化落地 负责总部全球售后政策与数字化系统在欧洲的承接与合规落地。结合欧洲各国法律法规差异（如GDPR、消费者权益保护法），进行服务流程的本地化适配，确保区域运营兼具高效性与合规性。

4. 团队管理与跨部门协同 负责欧洲区域服务团队的建设与管理，打造高绩效的本地化交付团队。作为总部与欧洲市场的核心桥梁，协同国内中台、全球研发及本地销售团队，快速响应并妥善处理欧洲市场的重大突发服务事件。

1. 本科及以上，物流/供应链/工商管理/理工科优先 2. 8年以上售后服务运营或区域交付管理经验，其中至少3年以上消费电子或智能硬件行业欧洲本地市场深耕经验 3. 具备服务商管理、仓储与备件计划、逆向物流实战经验；熟悉主流CRM/ERP系统在区域业务中的应用 4. 具备跨文化沟通与组织协同能力，适应跨时区多团队协作环境 5. 英语可作为工作语言，具备全英文商务谈判与技术交流能力 6. 德语能力突出者优先（欧洲本地团队管理及合作伙伴沟通均涉及德语场景）
