1. 负责激光雷达的物理建模与仿真、底层信号处理与数据分析、负责指导激光雷达的系统设计及器件选型； 2. 负责激光雷达物理量（如深度、角度、反射率）解算算法的调研、设计调优、开发和测试分析； 3. 负责激光雷达底层辅助功能及标定算法的调研、设计调优、开发和测试分析；负责激光雷达标定算法的落地和量产实现； 4. 负责激光雷达调试用工具平台的设计、开发、集成与维护； 5. 负责激光雷达前沿算法的调研及主要竞品的对比分析。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、通信、电子、机械、仪器、数学、物理学等理工科专业； 2. 熟悉常用的优化算法并了解基本原理，熟练使用数据处理工具； 3. 具有良好的物理意识、缜密的逻辑思维和敏锐的观察力，对各类原理性的事物感兴趣，熟悉常见传感器的工作原理和工作方式，熟悉模拟电路者优先； 4. 具备激光雷达器件/硬件原理、信号处理算法、测试与检测技术、摄影测量技术、数值计算与优化、点云分析算法等背景者优先； 5. 熟悉C、C++等开发工具，具备良好的编程能力和高效的问题调试能力，具有上位机调试工具开发、嵌入式算法开发经历者优先； 6. 沟通能力强，执行能力突出，逻辑性强，做事严谨细致。
