1. 本科及以上学历，8年以上嵌入式软件开发经验； 2. 熟悉常用外设接口，如USB/MIPI/ETHERNET/UART/I2C/SPI/CAN等； 3. 熟悉Linux 和 RTOS，深入理解操作系统原理，具有内核驱动开发、系统性能调优经验； 4. 熟悉机器人或者自动驾驶等常用开发组件，如ROS2/DDS/AUTOSAR等； 5. 有复杂项目的开发经验，覆盖从研发设计到量产、售后的整个过程； 6. 有嵌入式软件系统架构经验，解决过较多复杂问题； 5. 工作积极性高、动力足、协作能力强、面对问题能够追根溯源。
