硬件工程师 职位描述 1.根据硬件、业务框图和电源、时钟、各模块划分等方案，进行器件选型、原理图、PCB设计; 2.推进信号完整性测试、EMC和认证相关工作，对于异常硬件问题进行定位、分析和解决; 3.在试产、量产阶段解决单板生产测试、可生产性、可维修性、可测试性等问题，保证生产直通率、提升生产效率; 4.参与硬件降成本、兼容替代、备料等工作，协助解决产品硬件相关供应链问题; 5.参与相关硬件模块的技术平台建设工作, 负责相关领域的评审、设计指导工作。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，电子类相关专业，5年以上单板设计经验; 2.有过独立设计新项目单板经历，debug能力强，有很好的逻辑分析思维和判断能力; 3.熟悉常见的硬件知识，包括电源、时钟、常见高速接口(USB、MIPILVDS、HDMI等 )复杂小系统(多核CPU、SOC、DSP+DDR+FLASH)等; 4.对S1、P|有深入了解; 5.熟悉EMC设计、可靠性设计、DFM设计，能在方案阶段融入这部分。 6. 熟悉地电机驱动相关电路设计
