1、负责机器人硬件需求分析、方案设计、器件选型、原理图设计； 2、在项目开发中担任硬件模块代表，统筹整个硬件开发工作，负责硬件进度、质量、成本的管控与风险识别，组织各类技术评审； 3、协调部门内外部资源，对硬件开发节点进度进行管控，确保项目目标按时按质达成； 4、参与产品认证摸底、可靠性测试、转产以及生产的支持工作.

1、本科以上学历，电子、集成电路、计算机、通信或自动化相关专业，5年以上硬件设计经验； 2、对硬件质量、可靠性有较好的理解，逻辑清晰，能独立自主的分析和解决问题；有2个及以上硬件项目大规模量产经验的优先； 3、精通开关电源、运算放大器、无刷电机驱动等相关电路设计; 4、良好的数电、模电等基础知识，能熟练的阅读各类英文Datasheet；熟练使用Cadence等EDA设计软件及示波器、频谱分析仪等硬件测试仪器； 5、对可靠性、环境适应性有一定认识，有EMC，电气可靠性设计经验者优先； 6、较强的团队沟通能力和抗压能力，喜欢钻研、好奇心强、学习创新能力强。
