The posting

工作职责:

1. 负责电机产品的结构设计。包括但不限于定、转子、轴、减速机构、散热结构等各组成部分的设计工作；

2. 提出合理的电机构型及工艺方案，完成产品的详细设计验证工作,包括但不限于模态分析、强度校核、材料选型、3D/2D图纸出版及BOM编制等；

3. 参与电机产品的相关制造工艺的开发和优化，对产品设计的质量和成本负责；

4. 贯穿产品生命周期，处理电机产品各阶段的工程验证及改善，确保产品设计始终满足使用需求；

5. 支持完成电机的生产导入；

6. 参与电机产品的技术预研和攻关，思考、挖掘和验证电机新技术；

7. 竞品对标分析。

任职要求:

1. 电机、电气、机械设计相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上电机行业相关工作经验，有大功率汽车/电摩扁线电机开发经验者优先

2. 具备良好的机械结构设计理论和基础，熟练使用主流机械设计和结构分析软件,如solidworks，Creo，CAD等；

3. 精通GD&T知识、公差分配、尺寸链计算，熟悉机械制造工艺，如CNC，注塑，压铸等；

4. 熟悉大功率电机相关设计的要点难点、生产和测试工艺，并能完成设计闭环；

5. 对电机相关产品的失效分析有较为丰富的经验；

6. 熟悉产品的开发流程、具备可靠性设计及相关测试经验；

7. 良好的沟通和动手能力，善于学习和解决问题，具备较强的逻辑分析能力，工作积极主动。
