【工作职责】 1.负责公司五金定制件（压铸/钣金/CNC）物料的寻源及采购管理，制定关键物料采购策略。 2.熟悉负责物料的成本构成，对物料原材料、工艺、市场等有深刻认识，搭建和优化成本模型。 3.熟悉物料的技术规范和质量要求，匹配产品实际需求，主导物料选型。 4.熟悉物料行业上下游的供需状况和厂商资源，负责新供应商开发和现有供应商的管理，完善供应体系。 5.通过市场调查、成本分析、商务谈判等方式，控制物料的采购成本。

【任职要求】 1.本科学历及以上。有3-5年五金采购相关经验，有机器人采购工作经验者优先。 2.了解相关物料的合理成本信息，对原材料、市场情况有清晰的认知和把控。 3.具备良好的沟通能力、谈判技巧和成本意识。 4.责任心强，有良好的职业道德操守和风险控制意识。
