1. 负责水下清洁机器人复杂场景下的环境感知算法研发、迭代优化与落地部署，聚焦视觉、激光雷达等多传感器感知核心方向，保障感知系统的高精度、高鲁棒性与低延迟性能。 2. 研发并优化2D/3D目标检测、语义分割、深度估计、点云分割等核心感知算法；可识别泳池内垃圾、阶梯斜坡等地形。 3. 负责感知算法数据闭环体系搭建，包含数据筛选、清洗、标注质检、难样本挖掘、模型迭代优化，持续提升算法在真实、复杂场景下的泛化能力和稳定性。 4. 配合定位、规控等上下游团队，完成感知算法联调、场景适配与问题排查，输出标准化算法接口与技术文档。

1. 硕士及以上学历,具备5年及以上感知领域工作经验,计算机科学、机器人学、自动化、图形学或相关专业。 2. 熟练掌握Python/C++编程语言，精通PyTorch/TensorFlow至少一种主流深度学习框架，能够独立完成模型搭建、训练、调优、验证全流程工作。 3. 精通经典及主流感知算法，熟练掌握YOLO、Faster R-CNN、Transformer、PointNet等网络模型，熟悉2D/3D感知、多任务学习核心技术。 4. 熟悉Camera、LiDAR多传感器数据特性，熟悉传统opencv 图像处理,pointcloud点云处理技术。 5. 熟悉深度学习数据闭环流程，掌握数据挖掘、数据增强、模型评估、精度优化的完整方法论。
