The posting

1、头程运输管理 负责产品从国内仓到海外仓的头程运输履约，对接货代公司，安排订舱、出货、在途跟进，确保货物如期交付。针对含电池产品（纯电或带电）的特性，严格审核运输资质及危险品文件，确保符合国际海陆空运输的安全规范。 2、海外仓管理 负责监控服务商的日常运营数据（入库上架时效、库存准确率、订单处理时效、出库准时率、差错率、妥投时效等），及时发现并推动解决运营异常。主导与服务商的定期运营复盘，制定并持续优化供应商管理流程与考核标准，制定预防与改进措施。 3、成本与库存管理 负责审核与分析服务商费用账单，管控仓储物流成本，识别降本机会并推动落地。负责协同服务商执行库存盘点、库龄监控及滞销处理方案。收集并分析物流数据（运费、杂费、时效、破损率等），定期输出物流分析报告，通过优化渠道和包装方案，推动降本增效。 4、供应商管理 参与物流供应商的开发、询价及商务谈判，建立多维度的物流服务商评价体系。定期组织服务商绩效评审会议，评估其运营、服务及异常处理绩效。协同服务商优化头尾程运输方案，提升物流履约达成率。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，物流管理、国际贸易、供应链或英语相关专业优先。 2、2年以上跨境电商物流相关工作经验，熟悉海外仓业务流程或智能硬件行业者优先； 3、熟悉国际物流链路，精通海运、空运、卡航等运输方式及计费规则； 4、了解主要贸易国家（美、欧、英等）的物流相关政策及要求； 5、具备基础的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练阅读英文邮件及清关单据。
