1. 独立完成产品教学视频及广告级CG动画的全流程制作，包括建模、材质、绑定、动画、灯光、渲染等环节，能驾驭写实、卡通、三渲二等多种风格。 2. 准确理解产品卖点与营销诉求，把控画面构图、材质质感和光影呈现，产出符合品牌调性的高品质视觉内容，支持官网、独立站、电商平台、社媒等渠道的视觉需求。 3. 配合实拍团队完成CG合成，具备摄像机反求跟踪、物体匹配运动、多通道输出及实景合成等视效能力。 4. 协同市场营销活动，推动3D创意视觉方案从构思到输出的完整落地，确保视觉内容与品牌策略及营销节奏同步。

1. 大专及以上学历，美术、工业设计、动画设计相关专业，3年以上三维动画/渲染工作经验。 2. 熟悉三维制作全流程，能独立完成建模、材质、绑定、动画、灯光、渲染及后期输出。 3. 对产品质感、光影逻辑与画面构图有较强把控力，能理解营销需求并转化为视觉方案。 4. 熟练使用主流三维软件及渲染器（如C4D/Blender/3ds Max + Octane/Redshift/KeyShot等）。 5. 具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能在多线程任务中按时交付。

加分项：对海外市场视觉风格及用户审美有基本认知，有出海品牌或广告公司相关经验者优先。
