1. 导入基线管理：建立并维护新产品售后导入的项目基线，明确范围、时间、成本与质量目标，确保项目周期内基线有效落地。 2. 项目计划与分解：制定NPI项目主计划及WBS，将项目目标转化为可执行任务，明确依赖关系与交付物。重点对齐售后服务模块的关键节点，包括维修手册交付、备件到货、全球服务网络 readiness 等。 3. 跨部门沟通协调：作为售后领域的项目核心接口，拉通研发、供应链、质量、市场及全球各地服务团队，确保新品上市节奏与各地服务能力准备同步。 4. 服务交付负责：对新产品售后导入的周期、进度与交付质量负直接管理责任，通过项目会议、报告与复盘监控健康度，确保新品上市时服务端具备维修能力。 5. 风险与问题管理：系统识别与评估项目风险，重点预判因服务准备不足（如备件缺货、培训延迟、技术资料缺失）可能引发的业务中断风险，建立升级与解决机制，主动驱动跨部门化解项目障碍。

1. 本科及以上，5年以上项目管理经验，有NPI、售后开发或硬件行业项目经验者优先。 2. 精通项目管理方法论（WBS、进度计划、风险控制等），持有PMP证书者优先。 3. 理解售后服务的基本业务逻辑（维修效率、备件周转、全球服务网络协同等），能站在服务端识别NPI阶段的关键风险。 4. 出色的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，能有效推动研发、供应链、质量及全球服务团队等协作。 5. 结果导向，抗压能力强，能在项目压力下高效推动交付。
