工作职责 1.负责代工厂交付业务线的赋能管理,将业界及内部优秀实践导入工厂,提升工厂精准交付能力; 2.负责代工厂的日常交付管理,分析共性问题,推动内外部改善,不断提高代工厂的交付水平; 3.根据主生产计划,规划代工厂中长期产能,确保代工厂的产能等相关资源可以满足客户的需求; 4.根据月度交付计划,提前识别各项目产能风险,落实代工厂资源准备; 5.监控代工厂日计划达成情况,完成风险识别及预警,统筹内外部资源处理过程异常; 6.管理代工厂WIP,推动不良品快速清理。

1.工作经验5年及以上,3年以上制造业SMT-PCBA生产计划管理经验,有团队管理及EMS/OEM/ODM交付管理经验优先; 2.熟悉主计划、生产计划、物料计划、库存管理业务逻辑与方法; 3.熟悉计划端到端运作,精通产品、工艺路线、产能规划业务; 4.掌握质量或精益管理工具及方法论,有过成功的项目实践; 5.具有较强的计划监控及风险预判能力; 6.结果导向意识能力强,具有较强的全局统筹
