岗位职责： 1、负责 OEM 代工厂的质量管理工作，统筹完善代工厂质量管理系统: 2、识别生产环节的制程风险及产品风险，建立有效的预防管理措施: 3、设立产品质量管理目标，制定合理的预防管理措施达成整机产品质量目标; 4、参与新产品导入前期的质量管理活动，把控产品转量产风险; 5、组织跨部门团队分析、改善制程品质异常，推动问题点闭环关闭: 6、推进持续改善活动，确保产品设计、制造等环节质量的持续提升: 7.负责代工厂成品质量抽检、检验把关，确保出货产品质量; 8、负责推进改善制程相关的客诉问题点。

任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，理工科专业；3年以上智能硬件新产品试产量产经验，有项目统筹经验； 2.熟悉新产品开发流程、生产制造工艺流程，ECN\PCN\异常处理流程； 3.熟悉产品成本、质量管理的相关工具，有规模化试量产经验； 4.具备较强的风险识别控制能力、跨部门沟通与推动力； 5.优秀的逻辑思维，沟通能力，学习能力及团队合作意识；
