1.优化深度学习特征提取与匹配模型，包括模型训练、量化、部署，提升户外场景下的精度与耗时表现；跟进评估业界新方案并落地； 2.优化在线建图与定位算法方案，包括地图管理、地图优化、回环检测等。

1.硕士及以上学历，计算机视觉/机器人相关专业，3 年以上视觉SLAM相关经验； 2.扎实的数理基础，多视图几何基础； 3.深入理解基于学习的特征提取与匹配方法，有相关模型的训练、微调或推理优化实践，了解领域主流方案与演进； 4.有模型部署经验(ONNX/TensorRT 或国产 SoC 工具链)，熟悉量化与精度-耗时权衡； 5.精通 C++,熟悉 COLMAP、ORB-SLAM、VINS 等至少一个开源框架的内部实现； 6.有长期建图(lifelong mapping)、地图更新与维护的经验者优先。
