主要工作职责 1. 备件订单管理 接收、审核并跟进代理商、服务商的备件需求及订单，确保订单信息准确、处理及时并按计划交付。 2. 备件需求响应 快速响应代理商及服务商的备件查询与需求，提供备件信息、库存状态、交付进度等支持。 3. 库存及调拨管理 根据备件消耗、维修需求及库存情况，协助制定备件补货、调拨和分配计划，优化区域库存配置。 4. 出入库及物流跟踪 跟进备件出入库、发货及物流状态，协调仓储与物流资源，及时处理延误、错发、丢件等异常情况。 5. 代理商及服务商支持 维护与代理商、服务商的日常沟通，及时处理订单、备件及物流相关问题，推动问题闭环。 6. 数据管理与分析 维护备件订单、库存、调拨及交付数据，定期输出库存、缺件、订单时效、满足率及周转情况等相关报表。 7. 盘点及异常管理 参与库存盘点，协助分析库存差异、缺货、呆滞库存等问题，并推动改善措施落实。 8. 跨部门协作 与售后、技术、采购、仓储、物流、质量及销售等团队紧密协作，持续优化备件供应及订单履约流程。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、机械、电子、国际贸易等相关专业优先。 2. 具备备件管理、订单管理、物流、仓储或供应链相关工作经验；有机器人、智能硬件、工程机械、汽车或消费电子行业经验者优先。 3. 能力要求 - 熟悉订单、库存及物流管理基本流程； - 具备良好的计划执行能力及库存管理意识； - 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够有效对接代理商、服务商及内部团队； - 工作细致、责任心强，具备较好的问题分析及异常处理能力； - 具备一定的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现并推动解决问题； - 熟练使用 Office 办公软件，熟悉 ERP、WMS、CRM 等系统者优先； - 能够合理使用 AI 工具提升数据处理及工作效率。 4. 中英文可作为工作语言；掌握德语或其他欧洲语言者优先。 5. 具备良好的团队合作意识和服务意识，能够适应跨部门及跨时区沟通。
