工作职责： 1、负责制定和执行 SQE 供应商质量计划，并跟踪和监控计划的执行情况； 2、评审供应商的质量管理体系，并对其进行监督和管理 3、负责塑胶、硅胶供应商品质管理及出货品质管理，搜集品质数据定期组织改善； 4、参与签核供应商零件承认，审定相关资料符合性，确保PPAP执行到位。 5、制定各类物料检验标准并培训相关人员，推动各环节完善检验依据（样板、蓝图、检验规范等）。 6、定期对供应商进行稽核和辅导，确保来料质量符合规范要求。

经验要求： 1、5年以上质量管理经验，其中3年以上SQE岗位经验。 2、熟悉塑胶、硅胶的工艺流程及品质管控体系； 3、精通供应商质量管理流程，能独立主导异常分析及改善； 4、熟悉ISO9001相关流程和管理要求，熟练掌握PPAP，FMEA、8D等品质管理工具 5、工作计划性强，能很好的运用时间管理和目标管理。
