  • Disposition und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Transporte unter Einhaltung von Außenhandels- und Zollvorschriften
  • Auswahl und Steuerung von Transportdienstleistern, Erstellung der erforderlichen Transportdokumente sowie Termin- und Frachtüberwachung
  • Zollabwicklung inkl. Zollanmeldungen, Tarifierung und Beantragung von Bewilligungen sowie Kommunikation mit Behörden
  • Unterstützung bei Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsprüfungen sowie internen/externen Audits
  • Monitoring gesetzlicher Änderungen und Optimierung von Versand- und Zollprozessen

Unsere hoch komplexen Produkte, die leistungsorientierte Bezahlung und die flexiblen Arbeitszeiten sowie das offene und sehr kollegiale Miteinander sprechen für uns als Arbeitgeber.

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Speditionskaufmann/-frau, oder verfügen alternativ über eine Weiterbildung zum Finanz- oder Betriebswirt.
  • Sie konnten bereits Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Zoll- und Versandabwicklung im Industrieumfeld sammeln und bringen Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht, im Gefahrgutrecht sowie in der Zolltarifierung mit.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und SAP (ERP, EWM, GTS).
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst; zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch Organisations-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus.
  • Sie bringen eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft mit und sind offen für kontinuierliche Weiterbildung.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
