We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Providence, RI. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our clients and our operations. You will be the "voice of the company," managing professional inquiries while ensuring that every order is processed accurately and efficiently within our systems. Responsibilities Include:

  • Order Management: Accurately entering customer orders into QuickBooks and tracking them through fulfillment.
  • Communication: Answering high-volume phone calls and responding to customer emails with professionalism and speed.
  • Data Entry: Utilizing Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets and Word for professional correspondence.
  • Customer Support: Troubleshooting order issues, providing product information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Office Coordination: Managing your inbox via Outlook to ensure no request goes unanswered.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Accounting Software: Previous experience with QuickBooks (specifically for order entry) is a significant plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Compensation

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications, with an expected hourly wage of $18 - $20/hr.
