Production Laborer Trainee Direct Hire $16$17/hr | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM | Paid Training | No Diploma, No Drug Test & No Background Check Required

Were hiring motivated individuals for a full-time Production Laborer Trainee role. No experience? No problem. We'll train you. All you need is a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and the willingness to show up and give it your all.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with basic production tasks
  • Lifting and moving materials up to 20 lbs overhead
  • Following safety procedures and directions from supervisors
  • Helping with packaging, assembly, and organization of materials
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications. Benefits: We offer comprehensive benefits to include health, and an incentive recognition bonus (all benefits are based on eligibility).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs overhead
