We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on small-scale component assembly where accuracy and steady hands are essential. You will spend a significant portion of your shift working under a microscope to ensure every part meets our high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a focused professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses the fluency in English required to interpret complex technical instructions and maintain accurate production logs.

Responsibilities Include

  • Micro-Assembly: Perform intricate, small-scale assembly of components using tweezers, specialized hand tools, and microscopes.
  • Visual Inspection: Conduct real-time quality checks under a scope to identify and correct defects or irregularities in small parts.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise production records and equipment logs in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Communication: Read, write, and communicate fluently in English to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Technical Adherence: Follow detailed blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure 100% compliance with product specifications.
  • Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and organized workstation and strictly adhere to all safety and quality protocols.

$17-$20/hr Compensation & Benefits
