The posting

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our fast-paced facility. In this role, you will work closely with our plant team as a skilled Production Operator handling day-to-day operations across our production lines. You will move materials through the Warehouse, coordinate storage needs with our supply chain crew, and safely operate a forklift to ensure staging areas remain stocked and efficient.

Responsibilities Include

  • Set up, run, and monitor equipment in a modern Manufacturing environment.
  • Safely maneuver raw inventory and finished goods across staging lanes using a manual or electric Pallet Jack.
  • Thoroughly Inspect parts during production runs to verify quality and adherence to work orders.
  • Perform routine dimensional checks and precision testing with calipers and other standard hand tools.
  • Verify tight component tolerances utilizing digital micrometers before passing parts downstream.
  • Support daily dispatch and internal Logistics schedules to keep workflow steady.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Background or willingness to train as a Machine Operator or general Production Operator.
  • Prior experience in a distribution center or industrial Warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Ability to use fine measurement instruments including vernier/digital calipers and depth micrometers.
  • Diligence to carefully Inspect incoming materials as well as outgoing finished product.
  • Hands-on familiarity with material-handling equipment like a Pallet Jack or sit-down forklift.
