The posting

Join our dynamic operations team as a Warehouse Associate / Material Handler. This position plays a pivotal role in driving daily warehouse success, primarily concentrating on accurate inbound receiving, with supporting responsibilities in outbound shipping and production logistics. Working under moderate supervision, the ideal candidate brings strong dependability, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to safe, efficient material flow.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $22–$24+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are a seasoned Machine Operator or transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates. Comprehensive Benefits: Includes premium health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and eligibility for an incentive recognition bonus program. Career Advancement: Access to specialized training and fast-track promotion opportunities. Manufacturing production background or food service experience is a plus for candidates looking to grow quickly as an assembler or team lead.

Responsibilities Include

  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Execute receiving protocols for incoming freight, verify piece counts against documentation, report discrepancies, and safely load/unload delivery trucks.
  • Material Movement & Staging: Relocate, organize, and stage raw materials, finished goods, and production inputs to support continuous operational schedules.
  • Documentation & Inventory: Accurately process and log receiving, shipping, and inventory tracking paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Production Support: Deliver inputs directly to production lines, assist with head joggling and preparation tasks, and return unused materials to stock.
  • Yard & Site Maintenance: Oversee outdoor material flow—including pallet organization and scrap metal handling—while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
  • General Operations: Perform additional warehouse and material handling tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or food service environments preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Equipment: Forklift experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with standard material handling tools is a strong plus.
  • Core Competencies: Strong basic math, counting, and documentation skills; excellent ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Work Ethic: High level of personal accountability, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek direction.
  • Safety First: Firm commitment to workplace safety protocols and safe lifting techniques.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

What's In It For You

  • Hands-On Paid Training: We provide the tools, safety equipment, and guidance you need to build a strong foundation in modern warehouse operations.
  • Dynamic Work Environment: Variety in your daily tasks—from indoor inventory management to outdoor yard logistics—keeping your work engaging.
  • Clear Pathways for Growth: Opportunity to earn equipment certifications (like forklift operation) and transition into higher-level inventory, production lead, or machine operator roles.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
