The posting

Atuar com o atendimento operacional do site e-commerce, pedidos, inclusão de produtos e atualização do site. Desenvolve as campanhas de marketing, mídias sociais e mala direta. Pesquisa e desenvolve o conteúdo.

Atividades do Cargo

- Atendimento ao cliente via e-mail, WhatsApp, redes sociais e Reclame Aqui;

- Monitorar e responder avaliações, reclamações e dúvidas dos clientes nos canais oficiais;

- Encaminhar problemas operacionais para áreas responsáveis e garantir retorno ao cliente

dentro do SLA;

- Suporte nas demandas operacionais das marcas no e-commerce;

- Apoio no cadastro de produtos, atualizações de preços, fotos e descrições nas plataformas;

- Auxílio na criação de relatórios e suporte à equipe em campanhas e datas sazonais;

- Monitorar pedidos, trocas, cancelamentos e entregas junto à logística e atendimento.

Competências Técnicas e comportamentais

Habilidades Funcionais:

- Experiência com atendimento ao cliente em canais digitais;

- Facilidade com plataformas de e-commerce e marketplaces (ex: Tray, Nuvemshop, Bling, Tiny):

- Boa comunicação escrita, agilidade e empatia;

- Conhecimento básico de Excel, e-mail corporativo e Google Drive.

- Experiência prévia com Reclame Aqui;

- Conhecimento em ferramentas de CRM ou Help Desk (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.);

- Interesse em crescer na área de e-commerce.
