Our client is a fast-growing technology company focused on developing AI compute and digital infrastructure across high-growth emerging markets. With an expanding international footprint, the business is entering a significant phase of growth as it scales its infrastructure capabilities across multiple countries.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Business Analyst to join the Finance team and support the company's continued expansion. The role will focus on project-based strategic and commercial analysis, including market assessment, competitor research, financial modelling and business case development.

Working closely with teams across the organisation, you will take complex and often incomplete information and turn it into structured analysis and clear recommendations to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess new geographies and market segments through market sizing, competitor research and broader industry analysis.
  • Develop business cases and financial/commercial analysis for potential projects, strategic partnerships and financing opportunities.
  • Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate different commercial outcomes, assumptions and risks.
  • Analyse data centre and infrastructure project economics, including metrics such as cost per MW and cost per GPU, to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Support commercial and financial due diligence relating to new partnerships, market expansion and financing arrangements.
  • Consolidate complex findings into clear presentations, reports and decision-making materials for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Work cross-functionally on strategic and ad-hoc analytical projects as the business continues to scale.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience within strategy, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or a similar commercial/business analysis function.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently build models and analyses to answer specific business questions.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguous, incomplete or unstructured data and developing clear, actionable conclusions.
  • Strong commercial judgement and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
  • Fluency in English.
