Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, driven, and passionate Senior Sales Consultant to join the boutique team. This role demands solution-based consultative selling, strong ownership of the client journey, and the ability to manage multiple appointments and the emotional journey of clients and their families. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in luxury or high-value sales, thrives in client-facing environments, and brings both empathy and strong commercial acumen. Success in this role means consistently exceeding sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead private consultations and fittings, providing personalised luxury styling advice and confidently guiding clients through their decision-making process.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end client journey, managing multiple touchpoints, proactive follow-ups, and relationship nurturing through to closing.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and boutique KPIs, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and accountability for performance.
  • Provide solution-based recommendations tailored to each client's style, needs, preferences, and family dynamics.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive referrals, repeat business, and strong brand loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise sales and enhance the overall client experience through thoughtful cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
  • Represent the boutique and its designers with professionalism, elegance, and deep product knowledge, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Contribute to the wider performance of the boutique by sharing market and client insights and supporting a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of proven sales experience in consultative, high-value sales (bridal, luxury fashion, beauty aesthetics, spa, interior design, or high-end services).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong ownership of individual performance and client conversion.
  • Strong customer service background, with the ability to build trust quickly and confidently manage emotional, high-stakes decisions.
  • Passion for fashion, couture styling, and creating exceptional and memorable client experiences.
  • Target-driven, resilient, commercially minded, and motivated by performance and commission.
  • Polished presentation, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with strong empathy in client engagement.
  • Ability to independently manage a portfolio of clients and multiple appointments while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including 1 weekend, and support boutique events.
