Assegurar o cumprimento do plano de produção garantindo padrões de qualidade, volume, custos e prazos. Liderar a operação industrial com foco na filosofia Lean Manufacturing, melhoria contínua de processos (Kaizen), otimização do uso da mão de obra, aumento de produtividade e segurança do trabalho.

Escolaridade Mínima: Graduação em Engenharia de Produção ou Engenharia Mecânica. ● Experiência: Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em gestão industrial no setor metalúrgico (preferencialmente no segmento de perfis metálicos, corte, dobra, estampagem e soldagem). ● Conhecimento Técnico Essencial: ○ Obrigatório: Domínio avançado do ERP TOTVS Protheus (Módulos de Produção, MRP, Carga Máquina e PCP). ○ Domínio de metodologias e ferramentas de excelência operacional: Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) e indicadores OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). ○ Domínio de manutenção mecânica, eletrônica e operação de máquinas de perfilação, corte, dobra e estampagem a frio.

1. Excelência Operacional, Lean & Melhoria Contínua ● Liderar a cultura de Lean Manufacturing na fábrica, promovendo eventos Kaizen para eliminação de desperdícios e solução definitiva de problemas. ● Implantar e coordenar o programa 5S (Housekeeping), assegurando organização, padronização, limpeza e disciplina nas áreas produtivas e de apoio. ● Mapear o fluxo de valor (VSM - Value Stream Mapping) para otimizar o uso da mão de obra, reduzir lead times e aumentar o ganho de produtividade nas linhas de produção. ● Aplicar técnicas de SMED (Troca Rápida de Ferramentas/Setup) e controle visual (Kanban) para aumentar a flexibilidade e eficiência operacional.

2. Planejamento & Controle da Produção (PCP/MRP) ● Analisar demanda junto ao comercial e elaborar o planejamento operacional (carga máquina, insumos e recursos). ● Definir e monitorar KPIs fabris (produtividade, refugo, custos, consumo e OEE). ● Gerenciar orçamento fabril e executar planos de investimento, custos padrão e racionalização de despesas

. 3. Manutenção Industrial & TPM ● Estruturar e consolidar o plano de TPM (Manutenção Produtiva Total), engajando os operadores na manutenção autônoma e garantindo a máxima disponibilidade dos equipamentos. ● Gerir contratos externos e equipes de manutenção preditiva, preventiva e corretiva para evitar paradas não planejadas.

4. Gestão de Pessoas & Liderança ● Promover a capacitação da equipe nas metodologias enxutas, avaliações de desempenho e programas de treinamento contínuo. ● Garantir clima organizacional motivador, mediação de conflitos e alinhamento com o Plano de Cargos e Salários.

5. Qualidade, Logística & Meio Ambiente ● Gerir estoques de matérias-primas, produtos em elaboração e acabados utilizando políticas de giro e reposição. ● Assegurar o plano de gestão da qualidade, rastreabilidade e conformidade ambiental na destinação de resíduos industriais.

6. Segurança do Trabalho (EHS) & Inovação ● Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso das normas de higiene, segurança e saúde ocupacional (EHS), atuando na eliminação de atos e condições inseguras. ● Participar de projetos de P&D de novos produtos e introdução de novas tecnologias industriais em parceria com fornecedores e terceiros.
