The posting

O Supervisor de Operações Externo conduz e acompanha as operações realizadas nas dependências dos clientes, garantindo execução com segurança, qualidade e conformidade ambiental. Responde por produtividade e custos da operação sob sua responsabilidade, com postura de dono do negócio. Lidera uma equipe operacional e é o elo entre o cliente e a operação. Integra um time de 4 supervisores, com reporte direto ao Gerente de Operações. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES • Supervisionar e executar as operações de campo nos clientes, seguindo a rotina operacional da empresa • Gerir e liderar a equipe de funcionários alocada nas operações: escalas, orientação, acompanhamento e desempenho • Conduzir projetos operacionais e melhorias contínuas das operações • Gerir a performance da operação e garantir o cumprimento do escopo contratado • Garantir o cumprimento das normas ambientais, de segurança do trabalho e dos procedimentos internos • Acompanhar a gestão de resíduos, a logística reversa e a movimentação de caçambas nos clientes • Ser o ponto de contato operacional com os clientes, tratando demandas e ocorrências • Cobrar as áreas de suporte (SGI, manutenção, logística, financeiro, entre outras) para manter alto índice de atendimento ao cliente • Reportar resultados e indicadores diariamente, além de desvios ao gerente • Atuar de forma alinhada com os demais supervisores, compartilhando boas práticas

• Formação: Engenharias (graduação) ou curso técnico na área ambiental ou de segurança do trabalho. • Desejável: Pós-graduação em Segurança do Trabalho. • Conhecimento ambiental: classificação de resíduos, licenciamento e normas aplicáveis. • Experiência: liderança de equipes operacionais e vivência em rotinas de operação de empresas de gestão de resíduos ou similares. • Perfil: atuação em campo, proatividade, boa comunicação e relacionamento com clientes.

Remuneração: R$ 8.500,00 (PJ), com 13 pagamentos ao ano • Férias: 20 dias • Veículo: uso do carro da empresa permitido, com retirada na sede da empresa • Jornada: segunda a sexta-feira, das 7h às 17h • Local de atuação: região de Campinas/SP, nas operações dos clientes
